Our BA team that consists of more than 15 Japanese members is taking good care of all miscommunications likely to happen. Japanese Business Analysts work closely with Project Managers and development team, helping our client to overcome not only language issues but also other misunderstandings in term of cultural or personality differences.

  • Can I communicate in Japanese when working with your company?

    Of course it is possible. Our BA team that consists of more than 15 Japanese Japanese BA (Business Analyst) and 5 Vietnamese BA who are proficient in Japanese. They are sure to be assigned to projects. BA is in charge of the majority of the communication with and all interactions will be in Japanese.

  • Is there any communication lost in a project?

    We believe that necessary thing is not only to translate words, but also to convey nuance and culture. Since Japanese clients account for 80% of our clients. We convey not only the information but also elements transparently. Thus, by deep understanding and the sense of commitment, Engineers can work in projects smoothly.

  • I am concerning about the quality of products.

    In comparison with Japanese engineers, Vietnamese engineers have not quite succeeded in technological capabilities. Furthermore, in order to make use of the high technical capability, management skill is very important. With our established strict management structure, it is possible to develop 100% of the power of engineers. Moreover, Our Quality Control team also makes test cases from the design stage and control quality with a high level of responsibility.

  • What is your relationship with Monstar Lab?

    Our company is under the influence of "Sekai Lab", a global development platform developed by Monstar Lab. There are many hybrid development projects which Monstar Lab is in charge of upstream processes.

  • Our company doesn't have CTO or technical departments, is it possible to start the offshore development?

    It is possible. Our PM and Directors, who are working at Japan (Fukuoka office, Monstar Lab), play the role of CTO and technical advisor and direct the project.

  • Can I start development with an agile type without a specification?

    Yes, it is possible. Although we have many clients in startups, but there are many projects that specification is consolidated while reviewing idea, making a simple specification together and making a small team with a laboratory type.

  • Is it possible to design the upstream process?

    It is possible. There are many projects which our PM and Directors, who are working at Japan (Fukuoka office, Monstar Lab), join from requirements definition and design phase.

  • Please tell me the minimum number of people and period of a contract.

    We do not have any condition about the period. The number of people depends on the project, likely minimum is about 4 ~ 5 people but we also can organize a project which has less people if necessary. Please contact us at any time.

  • What is the maximum number of members in a Laboratory team?

    Commonly, a team is about 10 to 15 people. But we also have a team with a team size of over 100 people. Don't hesitate to contact us.

  • I heard that more people change the jobs in Viet Nam. So, is there any risk that employee will quit in the middle of the project?

    There are relatively few Job-changing cases in our company. Since the development process is standardized at our company, even if a member quits due to some circumstances, we also have a mechanism that guarantee the quality no matter who join in the project.

  • Please tell me about the types of contract.

    There are two kinds of Contracts: laboratory contract (quasi-mandate contract) and the service contract. In our company, there are many laboratory contracts in which we make a development team together with clients.

  • Can we visit your company and have an interview with the engineer in advance?

    Of course it is possible. If you can not come to the office, you can conduct remote interviews with our business analysts.

  • Please tell us about days-off and national holidays in Viet Nam.

    There are not many holidays in Viet Nam. There are about 10 holidays per year. But in addition, Our office closes in Lunar New Year holidays which called "Tet"(about 10 days at the beginning of February every year).

  • How about the time difference between Japan and Viet Nam and the working hours in Viet Nam?

    Our company works from 8: 00 to 17: 30. Since Viet Nam is 2 hours behind Japan, converting to Japan time will be from 10: 00 to 19: 30.

  • What are the difference between the laboratory contract (quasi-mandate contract) and the service contract, advantage / disadvantage?

  • Is it possible for our engineers to come to Japan and stay there?
