Toshihiko KuboProject Manager
What is your role?
(PM) Project Manager. (DM) Delivery Manager.
When do you feel motivated?
The most motivation that I feel the most motivation is when I saw the growth of the team members. I feel the joy of being involved in the growth process of the members and the greatness of teamwork while we are heading towards the same goal.
What skills did you gain through work?
I learned the entire development process from the upstream process of the project. In addition to that, I realize that my own capacity has been diversified and expanded. The development team consists of members of different nationalities, genders and ages. Each has differences in thinking, background, and years of experience. Under these circumstances, I realized that it is important to define our own culture in the team after accepting and understanding the differences in order to move toward to achieve the same goal. I reckon that being able to take the first step to realize the importance of it is my great growth.
How do you think about AT?
As this company is still a young company of five years, there are still many points to be improved. Therefore I think there is a chance to gain strong power to move on your own to achieve something. Moreover I guess there are plenty of opportunities to try new things. I was hired as a BA, but now I'm challenging a different area as a project manager that brings together 50 people.
What do you do in holiday?
Basically, I go to cafes and beaches and spend time on studying and my hobbies. Recently there are more delicious restaurants and fashionable cafes in Da Nang, so I chat with my friends there sometimes. In addition, the airport is very accessble and it takes only 20 minutes from the city, so I also travel to nearby countries frequently.
